The company was formed in 2006 by Jeff Durgin and Michael Cace. Both Mike and Jeff were founders of another diamond tool company in the early 90's. After serving the last several years with a major corporation, it became apparent that smaller, service oriented divisions were much more effective in  handling our customers needs.  IDP is a true wholesale company, selling only to distribution throughout the US.
